Student Work : Visual Identity & Branding

The Genesee Brewing Company was established in 1878 in Rochester, New York. Throughout its existence, Genesee's visual identity has not seen much variation. A lot of inconsistencies were present in the current identity system, and the brand felt stale in comparison to competing breweries. 2018 marks the 140th anniversary of Genesee's founding, and it deserved a new look designed to lift the brand into the 21st century while paying homage to its past.

This project received a Student Honorable Mention in AIGA Louisville’s The Show in February 2019.
